Free Shipping (Exclusions Apply)
Most products (body kits NOT included) qualify for free standard shipping to the 48 lower states. Products that qualify will be indicated by a "Free Shipping" badge on the product photo.
*Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any region/territory that requires air freight to reach do not qualify for free shipping. If you live in one of these states or territories, please inquire before purchase.
We are able to offer free shipping on many of our items as a benefit to you, our valued customer. It's our way of thanking you for choosing E3Tuning!
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you also understand due to the nature, size, and weight of automotive products, it is NOT possible to offer free shipping on every product we carry.
Lastly, even though we may not charge shipping on a purchase, the shipping cost is non-refundable for all non-fault or change-of-mind returns.
Hassle Free Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of date of delivery for a full refund. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error by e3tuning (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks counting from the date we receive your return. In many cases you will receive a refund much faster, but we just want to set proper expectations so there are no unpleasant surprises.
This time period gives us enough time to process the return (QA the package and contents) which takes about 3-5 business days, and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request, which varies from 5 to 10 business days (this is beyond our control and if you have any specific questions, you will need to contact your financial institution
).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The old saying "you get what you paid for" couldn't be more true when it comes to the automotive domain, and we simply have zero interest to compete with lower quality products / sellers that advertise
brow-raising prices.
We do our best to price match other reputable retailers, but price matching is a benefit to you as our valued customer. It is not something we are mandated to do. Also, the automotive landscape changes constantly with new companies coming and going. Heck, even we are fairly new in the industry compared to some other big players.
Nonetheless, we strive to bring you the best parts at the best price, but please understand that price-matching is at our discretion and we hold the right to refuse to price match retailers that we deem to be non-competitive.
