Shipping policy
At E3Tuning, we understand that getting your aftermarket automotive parts delivered quickly and reliably is crucial for your next upgrade. Whether you're enhancing your ride's exterior styling, interior aesthetics, suspension performance, or wheel setup, our shipping process is designed to get your order to you efficiently.
This policy outlines our standard shipping practices for orders placed on www.e3tuning.com. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, so please check back for the latest details.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- During high-volume periods like holidays or product launches, processing may take 3 business days ore more. We'll notify you via email if there's any unusual delays.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery of your exterior styling kits, interior upgrades, suspension components, and custom wheels:
- UPS Ground (for most standard size domestic shipments and some oversized items)
- FedEx Ground (for standard size domestic shipments)
- USPS Priority Mail (for smaller, lighter shipments)

Maersk Freight / Pilot Freight (for oversized items like bumpers, fenders, hoods etc)
For expedited options:
- UPS/FedEx 2-Day or Overnight available at upon request
- No expedite option available for oversize items
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping is a benefit we offer on smaller to standard sized items. Most items will have a "Free Shipping" badge on the product image.
- Rates are calculated according to size and weight of the final package, package value, and the carrier used.
- Heavy or Oversized Items (ie bumpers, fenders, hoods, etc): flat fee to the 48 contiguous states. Rates range from $65 to $185 for most bumpers and fenders, but can be higher for hoods or full/partial body kits that require custom shipping boxes.
- International shipping: Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once your order ships (processing time not included):
Typical shipping times for standard UPS/FedEx parcel is 3-5 business days. Express is typically faster at 2-3 business days or less. Oversized freight (Maersk) will take 6-8 business days as these shipments require special handling.
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations. We ship to the lower 48 US states only.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can easily use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
- We also recommend trying our automated AI chat box to track your order using our website at www.e3tuning.com or using the "Track Order" menu item.

Special Considerations for Automotive Parts
- Fragile Items (e.g., carbon fiber exterior panels): Packaged with extra care using foam inserts and reinforced boxes to prevent damage.
- Hazardous Materials: We do not ship flammable or restricted items (e.g., certain paints or chemicals) via standard carriers. Restricted products will be flagged at checkout.
- Backordered Items: If part of your order is backordered, we'll ship the available items first and notify you of the remaining ETA.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: A claim MUST BE initiated with us within 24 hours of carrier's declared delivery date. We'll investigate and replace or refund once confirmed.
- Damaged Goods: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos to start a claim. Do not discard product or packaging until instructed by E3Tuning staff.
- We insure all shipments against loss or damage, but you must report issues promptly.
Changes or Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled or modified before processing (within 24 hours of placement). After that, contact us for assistance—we'll do our best to accommodate.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the label is generated. Rerouting an order after a shipment has been shipped will incur a $25 rerouting fee. If we do not believe we can successfully reroute a package in time, we will not be able to accommodate the request and return-to-sender (RTS) shipping penalties may apply.
Eco-Friendly Shipping
We're committed to sustainability: All orders ship in recyclable packaging, and we offset carbon emissions from our ground shipments through partnerships with eco-carriers.
