Return Policy

Please find our full shipping policy here. For your convenience, we have provided an abbreviated version below.

Here at E3Tuning, we have a very simple 30 day return policy (starting from the time your item is delivered) on all new and unopened items. We want you have a positive shopping experience with us even if you do end up needing to return something.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For products purchased with the "free shipping" benefit, please note that the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund depending on the situation:

1. E3Tuning will cover all shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
2. For non-fault returns (customer changed their mind, delivery address was incorrect, didn't like the way the product looks, etc) the customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return.

Restocking fees apply on all non-fault returns. Again, please read our full shipping policy here for more details.

Due to the nature of the automotive business, it is not feasible for E3Tuning to absorb all shipping costs, unless it was our mistake. Non-refundable shipping costs is a strict company policy that we will not bypass or workaround.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after a refund is initiated, however, in many cases you should receive a refund sooner. This time period does NOT include the transit time of return.

Other factors that may affect the timeliness of a return is your financial institution. Every bank if different and E3Tuning is not responsible for any delays or mishaps that occur because of the fault of your bank or payment company.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We only ship to North America at this time. To our international patrons, we apologies about this inconvenience.

Orders take about 24-48 hours to process and for tracking information to populate. Parcel carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc will take about 2 business days for express, and 4-5 business days for standard ground to arrive. You should be able to track your package status live via the carrier's website or using the "Track Order" menu item on our website. Tracking info normally should update immediately, but sometimes can take 24 hours or more to begin updating.

Freight shipments through carriers like Maersk or Pilot Freight also take about 24-48 hours to process, and 5-8 business days to arrive. Freight shipments that are going to a residential address will require the customer to setup an in-home delivery appointment (this is coordinated between the customer and the shipping company) and signature is required to release the package. This is standard practice and is done for the customers' safety to prevent theft.

Free shipping is offered on select products only, and are typically indicated with a "free shipping" badge on the product image. Please note, not all products qualify for free shipping.

Damage & Defect

We do our best to ensure that every product you order arrives unscathed. However, it is impossible to prevent every single possible way something can get damaged from the time it leaves our warehouse to you. To establish some fairness rules, we have split up this category into 2 sections - unfinished and finished goods.

Unfinished Products - This category refers to parts like bumpers, hoods, fenders, diffusers, spoilers, front lips, side skirts, and most exterior styling products that are in raw plastic form or primed for paint. For unfinished goods, damage and defects are considered to be fractures, dents, grooves or imperfections that are at least 2 inches long or longer in the longest dimension.

Finished Products - This category refers to products that do not require any additional work (other than installation) such as carbon fiber products, or pre-painted products. In this category, we consider the product damaged if there are surface fractures in the clear coat or paint surface 1 inches long or longer in the longest dimension. With finished products this is a general rule of thumb and each situation will be treated on a case-by-case basis. We believe this is the fairest way to handle these very unfortunate situations.

What Makes Our Bumpers Special?

SPECIAL NOTE: OUR BUMPERS DO NOT SHIP FOLDED! NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL!

We do understand the temptation to want to save money, but customers who have had experience with folded bumpers just ended up paying hundreds if not thousands more dollars in the end for the body shop to fix the crease. Our bumpers, on the other hand, ship in specialty boxes that ensures your precious cargo arrives in tip-top condition.

We work with some of the most experienced manufacturers (20+ years) in the industry. You can rest assured that our bumper kits are of high quality with OEM-like fitment if not better!

As a final precaution, we have a detailed quality control protocol during packing & shipping. This extra validation ensures that you (our valued customer) can shop worry free!

Will you price match a cheaper competitor?

We do our best to keep our carbon products competitive in the global market today. Cheaper alternatives often come with risks. We don't want to generalize and say "you get what you paid for" but there is some truth to it. With that said, we are happy to explore price matching against quality online brands/retailers.

What material is your bumpers made of?

Bumpers are crafted from a material called Polypropylene Thermoplastic (sometimes called PP for short). It has properties that make it both strong and have some level of flexibility. Traditional bumpers are made from ABS plastic or fiberglass, which can suffer from being either too stiff (which can make installation more difficult) or too brittle (which isn't ideal for something that needs to withstand a collision). Polypropylene is the perfect mix.

Where is your product manufactured?

Unfortunately, due to the competitive nature in the automotive space, we not able to disclose our products' exact origin, but we can say that manufacturing does take place in Asia and we only work with the most experienced & reputable automotive body kit producers in the world.

Why Our Carbon?

Our carbon fiber products are masterfully constructed from industry standard 3k thread count carbon fiber sheets. Fibers are woven in a 2 by 2 weave pattern creating the highly desired stair-like mesh design that you see on some of the most exotics cars of today.

We only partner with manufacturers with decades of experience in the carbon fiber manufacturing industry, where high quality automation and QC validation helps create a top-notch end product, so you can shop with confidence.

Carbon fiber parts are finished with an anti-UV gloss coating that will help protect your investment for years to come!

While we are able to manufacturer carbon of various weave patterns (1x1, 2x2, honeycomb, forged carbon) it is very difficult to offer all the variations for every SKU that we carry. Please feel free to inquiry if you have any kind of custom request for a product or variation of a product that you do not see listed on the site.

Where is your carbon manufactured?

Unfortunately, due to the competitive nature in the automotive space, we not able to disclose our products' exact origin. We can confidently disclose that our manufacturers are based in Asia and are some of the most experienced carbon manufacturers in the world producing parts for well known car makers around the world (i.e. McLaren, Lamborghini, Ferarri, etc).
