Cancellation policy

General Orders

Customer service is paramount to us here at E3Tuning. Fulfilling orders as quickly as possible is one of many things we take great pride in accomplishing. That being said, if you need to cancel an order, please email us as quickly as possible (info@e3tuning.com) prior to receiving a shipment notification email. Cancellation requests received within the first 24 hours after an order is placed will be processed in a timely manner. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours is NOT guaranteed as the order would have most likely been fulfilled.

If an order has already been shipped (regardless of you receiving notification of order tracking or not) it is possible to still request a cancellation with the shipping company, but penalty fees will be assessed. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and one of our representatives will be in touch with you if your situation warrants it.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect a partial deposit or full payment at checkout depending on the terms of the pre-order.

You can cancel a partially or fully paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you will NOT be able to cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund at a later time within the return window (terms and penalties may apply). Special Orders

Special orders are unique and do not qualify for cancellation. Don't worry if a special order has quality or fitment issues or is damaged during transit, because we will still step in to take responsibility, but that is independent of the cancellation policy.

Our goal is to do our best to ensure your satisfaction as a E3Tuning customer, but we must still operate as a business and protect ourselves from predatory behavior. We do our best to ensure that these terms and conditions are explicitly agreed upon before the order is placed so there are no surprises.

RESTOCKING FEE

There is a 5% non-refundable processing fee for all cancellation request regarding pre-orders. This is a fee charged by the payment processor when any transaction is made, regardless if there was an actual sale.
