The Hansshow instrument cluster is specially customized for Tesla Model Y and Model 3 and is compatible with both Intel Atom and AMD Ryzen CPU versions.

The display's unique design boasts an HD ultra-thin 10.25-inch IPS touch screen (1920*720px). Most important, it was engineered to blend in seemlessly with the interior of the vehicle to give it clean, factory look.

Functionally, the display automatically synchronizes with the onboard computer and will display relevant information right in front of you (ie vehicle speed/gear/charge status/light status/door information/safety distance/speed limit warning/tire pressure warning, etc). You will no longer need to glance over at the main screen to see important information, which greatly enhances road safety and driver awareness.

OTA (over the air) upgrades are available via 4G connectivity through the display's Android 12.0 operating system (data plan or Wi-Fi required). You no longer need to download the upgrade file and unzip files.

In order to improve long-term usability of the instrument cluster, Hansshow's IPS screen has added anti-blue light technology to make the color displayed on the screen softer, effectively protecting your eyes and minimizing eye fatigue.

The display also uses state-of-the-art hardware with a powerful Octa-core CPU with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM, resulting in a faster and smoother user experience.

Ultimately, this instrucment cluser is very easy to install with plug-and-play harnesses and adaptors, the entire process is non-destructive and completely reversible.

Note: If your car has an Intel chip, the connection plug is at the second plug of the host. If your car has an AMD chip, the connection location is on the right, the blue plug on the door frame or in the foot well, regardless of the left or right rudder.

Note: The 2023 Model Y (U.S.-manufactured vehicle) comes with optical sensors instead of radar. The cameras cannot initiate automatically and require manual activation. Please verify if the car in 2023 is equipped with radar. If only optical sensors are present, it might affect the functionality of the cameras.

Return Policy

We have a very simple 30 day return policy (starting from the time your item is delivered) on all new and unopened items. E3Tuning will do our best to ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience should you be unsatisfied with your purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If it product was purchased with "free shipping," the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from the final refund depending on the product.

E3Tuning will cover all shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping charges related to the return.

Due to the nature of the automotive business, it is not feasible for E3Tuning to absorb all shipping costs, unless it was our mistake. We understand this may be inconvenience, and we hope you understand our position.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after a refund is initiated, however, in many cases you should receive a refund sooner. This time period does NOT include the transit time of return. Other factors that may affect the timeliness of a return is your financial institution. Every bank if different and E3Tuning is not responsible for any delays or mishaps that occur because of the fault of your bank or payment company.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Due to the nature of the automotive business, our primary target market is North America. We are able to ship to other countries, but it will be on a case-by-case basis and shipping can be extremely costly. To our international patrons, we apologies in advanced about this inconvenience.

We will update shipping information as timely as possible. It will typically take us about 24-48 hours to process an order. Once tracking information is provided, it may not show up in the system immediately as it is depending on the carrier company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) but should not take more than 24 hours to begin updating.

Free shipping is offered on select products only, and not all products qualify. Please Note: Even though an item is advertised as free shipping, it actually does cost E3tuning to ship these products out. We offer this benefit on specific products in order to stay competitive in the marketplace. The cost of shipping will be DEDUCTED from the final refund should you decide to return the product.

Damage & Defect

We do our best to ensure that every product you order arrives unscathed. However, it is impossible to prevent every single possible way something can get damaged from the time it leaves our warehouse to you. To establish some fairness rules, we have split up this category into 2 sections - unfinished and finished goods.

Unfinished Products - This category refers to parts like bumpers, hoods, fenders, diffusers, spoilers, front lips, side skirts, and most exterior styling products that are in raw plastic form or primed for paint. For unfinished goods, damage and defects are considered to be fractures, dents, grooves or imperfections that are at least 2 inches long or longer in the longest dimension.

Finished Products - This category refers to products that do not require any additional work (other than installation) such as carbon fiber products, or pre-painted products. In this category, we consider the product damaged if there are surface fractures in the clear coat or paint surface 1 inches long or longer in the longest dimension. With finished products this is a general rule of thumb and each situation will be treated on a case-by-case basis. We believe this is the fairest way to handle these very unfortunate situations.

  • What material is your bumpers made of?

    Bumpers are crafted from a material called Polypropylene Thermoplastic (sometimes called PP for short). It has properties that make it both strong and have some level of flexibility. Traditional bumpers are made from ABS plastic or fiberglass, which can suffer from being either too stiff (which can make installation more difficult) or too brittle (which isn't ideal for something that needs to withstand a collision). Polypropylene is the perfect mix.

  • Where is your product manufactured?

    Unfortunately, due to the competitive nature in the automotive space, we not able to disclose our products' exact origin, but we can say that manufacturing does take place in Asia and we only work with the most experienced & reputable automotive body kit producers in the world.
