RETURN POLICY

We have a very simple 30-day return policy on all new and unopened items. The clock starts from the time your order is delivered. We want you have a positive shopping experience with us even if you do end up needing to return something.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For qualified purchases with free shipping, please read the following scenarios:
- An error in the order as a result of E3Tuning or its representatives: E3Tuning will cover all shipping costs of the return. We stand behind our honest mistakes.
- Non-fault returns: For example, if the customer changes their mind, or if the delivery address was incorrect when the order was placed, or if the customer didn't like the way the product looks, or other similar reasons (at the discretion of E3Tuning and their representatives), the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the return. These charges will be deducted from the final refund.

Due to the nature of the automotive parts industry, non-refundable shipping costs is a strict policy that is practiced by all major reputable companies.
Refund: You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after a refund is initiated, if not sooner. A critical factor that may affect the timeliness of a return is your financial institution. Every bank is different and E3Tuning is not responsible for any delays or mishaps that occur because of the fault of your bank or payment processor.
Process: To initiate a return, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail once we've received and processed the order return. You may also request an RMA by emailing us directly at info@e3tuning.com
SHIPPING
Coverage: We only ship to the contiguous 48 states of the USA at this time. To our international patrons, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc., we apologize for this inconvenience and we hope you can support your local businesses in the area.
Parcel: Orders take about 1-2 days to process and generate tracking information. Parcel carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc., will take about 2 business days for express, and 4-5 business days for standard ground to arrive. You should be able to track your package status live via the carrier's website or using the "Track Order" menu item on our website. Tracking info normally should update immediately, but sometimes can take 24 hours or more to begin updating.
Oversized (freight) shipments: Shipments through carriers like Maersk or Pilot Freight also take about 1-2 days to process, but may take up to 5-8 business days to arrive. Freight shipments to a residential address will require the customer to setup an in-person delivery appointment (this is coordinated between the customer and the shipping company). Signature will be required to release the package. This is standard practice to protect both customer and company.
Free shipping is offered on select products only, and are typically indicated with a "free shipping" badge on the product image. Not all products qualify for free shipping.
Damage & Defect
We do our best to ensure that every product you order arrives unscathed. However, it is impossible to prevent every single mishap. To be fair, we have split up this category into 2 sections - unfinished and finished products:
Unfinished Products - This category refers to parts like bumpers, hoods, fenders, diffusers, spoilers, front lips, side skirts, and most exterior styling products that are in raw plastic form or primed for paint. For unfinished goods, damage and defects are considered to be fractures, dents, grooves or imperfections that are at least 2 inches long or longer in the longest dimension.
Finished Products - This category refers to products that do not require any additional work (other than installation) such as carbon fiber products, or pre-painted products. In this category, we consider the product damaged if there are surface fractures in the clear coat or paint surface 1 inch long or longer in the longest dimension. With finished products, this is a general rule of thumb and each situation will be treated on a case-by-case basis. We believe this is the fairest way to handle these very unfortunate situations.
We work only the BEST manufacturers in the industry to bring you OEM quality parts with OEM+ fitment and without OEM prices. We're not the cheapest and we know it, but when it comes to quality there's just no cutting corners, so in order to bring high quality and fair pricing into the same arena, we had to learn how to run lean and pass the savings onto you - our valued customer.
OUR BUMPERS DO NOT SHIP FOLDED! NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL!
We do understand the temptation to want to save money, but customers who have had experience with folded bumpers just ended up paying hundreds if not thousands more dollars in the end for the body shop to fix the fold crease. Don't believe us? Do your own independent research. Yes, we want to earn your business, but we also want to do it professionally and authentically.
Our bumpers, on the other hand, ship in specialty boxes that ensures your precious cargo arrives in tip-top condition. We work with the best manufacturers (with over 20+ years experience) in the industry. You can rest assured that our bumper kits are high quality with OEM-like fitment or better!
Lastly, we have an in-house detailed quality control protocol that takes place in our California warehouse during packing & shipping. This extra validation ensures that you (our valued customer) can shop worry free!

What material is your bumpers made of?
Bumpers are crafted from a material called Polypropylene Thermoplastic (sometimes called PP for short). It has properties that make it both strong and have some level of flexibility. Traditional bumpers are made from ABS plastic or fiberglass, which can suffer from being either too stiff (which can make installation more difficult) or too brittle (which isn't ideal for something that needs to withstand a collision). Polypropylene is the perfect mix.
Where is your product manufactured?
Unfortunately, due to the competitive nature in the automotive space, we not able to disclose our products' exact origin, but we can say that manufacturing does take place in Asia and we only work with the most experienced & reputable automotive body kit producers in the world.
Our carbon fiber products are masterfully constructed primarily from 3K thread count carbon fiber sheets - the best in the industry. We may use other carbon fiber sheets for custom requests. The standard 2 by 2 weave pattern creates a highly desired stair-like mesh design that you see on some of the most exotics cars of today. Other weave patterns are also offered depending on product.
Our carbon manufacturers have decades of experience in the industry, blending hand crafted expertise with high quality automation & QC validation processes. This ensures that our products are ready for prime-time, so you can shop with confidence.
Our carbon fiber parts are also finished with an anti-UV gloss coating that will help protect your investment for years to come!

While we are able to manufacturer carbon of various weave patterns (1x1, 2x2, honeycomb, forged carbon) it is very difficult to offer all the variations for every SKU that we carry. Please feel free to inquiry if you have any kind of custom request for a product or variation of a product that you do not see listed on the site.
Where is your carbon manufactured?
Unfortunately, due to the competitive nature in the automotive space, we not able to disclose our products' exact origin. We can confidently disclose that our manufacturers are based in Asia and are some of the most experienced carbon manufacturers in the world producing parts for well known car makers around the world (i.e. McLaren, Lamborghini, Ferarri, etc).
